One Step at a Time
Things are getting better - slowly. I have started cleaning things up and I can actually see daylight and an end in sight. This encourages me to keep going.
I also went today and picked up my meds, so I have all of them that I need and I have taken them all today like I'm supposed to.
I'm still very emotional and cry at the drop of a hat, but all the wonderful encouragement you all have given me has helped tremendously. I'm not sure I would have kept going without it. Thank you all so much.

Here's a website you really should check out: www.flylady.net
I LOVE the Flylady, her mantra is "you can do anything for 15 minutes" and "it didn't get messy in a day, and it won't get clean in a day". She's the queen of doing just a little bit each day and gradually making your home a place you love to be and are proud of.
I recommend her to everyone I know who struggles with keeping it all together (and don't we all, sometimes?). Her website is a little bit hard to navigate, but if you start with the FLYing lessons and babysteps, she'll walk you through one little step at a time.
I hope you like her as much as I do. She also does broadcasts on NPR that you can listen to for free over the web. There's a link on the home page.
You can do this, and we'll keep on cheering you on! ♥
