After I posted this, I did call the store manager. I told him what happened and he said he would investigate the situation. I told him they needed to have the greeters up front taking care of the carts. He said that that was a corporate decision and he couldn't do anything about it. I am going to call the corporate people and complain about that. Thanks for letting me know where they are. I had no idea.
