Do you know how to do the self-Heimlich? Check this out, in case it ever happens to you again:

Skip to near the end of the video, and it shows you how to do the Heimlich on yourself.
As for healing your throat, try drinking some hot tea with honey in it. That will coat your throat and help to soothe it.
