This is a series of different clips of the meteor that exploded over Russia. Over 1000 people were hurt.

That is really really cool!!! :) I heard some people got hurt.. I assume that's because they got distracted by it and had some sort of accident.

Actually, it is a meteor exploding over Russia. Nearly 1000 people got hurt. I had heard about the asteroid that's going to pass close to Earth and thought that's what this was. Eeeek! Having a meteor explode is so much scarier! o__O

Yeah I read up on it after I saw this video.. The sonic boom from it passing broke loads of glass in buildings. My Dad was also telling me that they think they know where it (or a large portion of it) landed. There is a frozen lake with a giant whole in the ice. I was saying cool cuz the video looks super cool.

Yeah, the video clips were very cool. I didn't think at the time that it was any big deal. I didn't find out until today what had actually happened. I'm going to see if I can find pictures of the lake with the hole in the ice. I'm just glad no one was killed.
