Rain and Snow Removal

For the past three or four days it's been raining off and on and the temperature has stayed above freezing during the day. This means that the snow is almost all melted off. I can see green grass outside my apartment. My apartment is the only one with a lawn in the back and that is where the snowplow guy piles all the snow when he plows the driveway. Therefore, I always have a huge mound of snow outside my apartment all winter. From December through most of May, it's there. Now it's almost melted away. There is still a medium-sized pile there, but green grass all around it and in front of my car. This makes me very happy. I hope we don't get a lot more snow. I hate that snow pile.
