Pain and the ER
We have this clinic called Convenient Care in Oneonta. I was in so much pain that I called to make an appointment. Their ad in the Yellow Pages clearly states Same Day Appointment. They open at 9am. I called at 9:20. They had no appointments available for today. They had one for tomorrow, but I told them no. My head was throbbing, so I went to the ER.
It was great. I waited for about 10 minutes in the waiting room and about 5 minutes in the exam room. The doctor came in, looked at my tooth and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic and some Vicodin. Now I'm acappy hamper, a crappy hamster, a happy camper. Just call me Dr. House. This is the gooooooood stuff.
Whew! What a relief.
